关于征集成吉思汗铜像设计方案的启事

江南洪荒之力

成吉思汗陵园位于内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯草原。是全国重点文物保护单位和国家AAAAA级旅游景区。为了进一步加深陵园历史文化内涵，提升文化品位，体现“世界巨人”成吉思汗气度，扩大旅游区世界影响，现拟定在陵园内重新敬立成吉思汗铜像，迎接内蒙古自治区成立70周年。为此，内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市成吉思汗陵旅游区管委会向国内外广泛征集成吉思汗铜像设计方案。现提出如下说明。

Mausoleum of Genghis Khan, locating on the Ordos Grassland across Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is listed as one of National Key Heritage Conservation Units and National 5-A Tourist Attractions. For promoting historical culture and expanding its influence both at home and abroad, the Ordos Genghis Khan Mausoleum Tourism Zone Administrative Committee(hereafter refers to the Committee for short) plans to reestablish the Genghis Khan’s Bronze Statue inside the Mausoleum for celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Therefore, the Committee decides to solicit the design scheme for Genghis Khan’s Bronze Statue across the world with requirements as follows:

一、铜像敬立位置

成吉思汗铜像，将敬立于原成吉思汗铜像广场中央。以青松翠柏环绕的圆形成吉思汗铜像广场，象征“天圆”之深刻寓意，寓意天地恩赐于世间的博大的福禄。成吉思汗铜像广场，象征成吉思汗光辉的一生。广场内圈直径66米，象征成吉思汗寿年。广场外圈直径76米，寓意着成吉思汗精神发扬光大。广场周围的松柏，以伞形向外延伸，与树林、草原连结在一起，像是成吉思汗精神发出的光芒，永世传播在大地上。

I.The Bronze Statue Location

The Bronze Statue shall be established at center of the former Genghis Khan’s Bronze Statue Square . The Square stands for the Heaven’s great donation to mankind as well as glorious life of Genghis Khan. The inner diameter of the Square is 66 meters by symbolizing lifespan of Genghis Khan and the outer diameter is 76 meters by indicating transmission and propagation of Genghis Khan’s spirit. The pines and cypresses around the Square extending outward like an umbrella and connecting with woods and grasslands, symbolize the glory of Genghis Khan’s spirit on earth.

二、铜像历史背景

新设计的成吉思汗铜像，要求反映成吉思汗途经鄂尔多斯，为鄂尔多斯留下永恒的一段真实故事的情景：当年，成吉思汗率军征讨西夏时，正好路过鄂尔多斯。他目睹这里水草丰美，花鹿出没，是一块风水宝地时，心里特别高兴，留恋之际，失手将马鞭掉在地上。部下正要拾起马鞭时，被成吉思汗制止了，便自语道：“这里是梅花鹿儿栖身之所，戴胜鸟儿育雏之乡，衰落王朝振兴之地，白发老翁享乐之邦”。成吉思汗对鄂尔多斯的赞美及掉马鞭的故事，成为伟人看中这块神奇地方的佳言，世代相传。

II.The Background of the Bronze Statue

The newly designed bronze statue should reflect an eternal true story of Ordos. When Genghis Khan fought against Western Xia that year, he passed through Ordos by chance. He witnessed the lush grass here and the appearance of Sika Deer and saw it as a treasure land. He was so pleased that his horsewhip fell onto the ground. He stopped the subordinate who tried to pick it up and said to himself: “This is a place where Sika Deer can shelter itself, the Hoopoe Bird can brood its chicks, the declining dynasty can revitalize itself and the white-haired man can seek pleasure of life”.Genghis Khan’s praise of Ordos and story of the falling horsewhip have become well-known from generation to generation.  

三、铜像形象塑造

铜像设计，要求基本把握成吉思汗骑马出征形象，在铜像形象塑造方面考虑下列因素：塑造崛起于马背上的伟人震撼山河的气度，成为成吉思汗戎马生涯的缩影；塑造走向统一、走向文明、走向世界的“历史伟人”、“世界巨人”形象；塑造杰出的政治家、军事家、思想家的形象；塑造世界“千年风云第一人”，影响世界的“一代天骄”形象。铜像实际高度为10米以上。

III.The Image Shaping Demand on Bronze Statue

The newly designed bronze statue may give impression to expedition image of Genghis Khan who rode on horsebacks with detailed demand as follows: it should reshape the image of Genghis Khan as a man of great ambition and become the miniature of his military career; It should reshape the image of Genghis Khan as one historical great man and world giant by pursuing world unification and civilization; it should reshape the image of Genghis Khan as one great politician, strategist and thinker; it should reshape the image of Genghis Khan as the “Proud Son of Heaven”and the first great man in thousand years by his worldly influence.The Bronze Statue should be above 10 meters high.

四、征集方案具体事项

1、时间：要求将设计方案（理念、图样）于2017年4月10日前传送征集单位；

2、设计方案，必须是本人原创作品，一旦发生版权争端，由选送本人负责；

3、征集单位成立专家组进行审核，从选送作品中选定10件入围作品并进行公示；通过一定程序从入围作品中再进行选择。最后与被选中作品的作者签订采用协议。

4、入围作品各奖励3000元。入围作品不予以退还，将在展厅予以展示。

IV.The concrete matters relating to scheme soliciting

1.Deadline: You had better submit your scheme (including concept note and drawing) to the appointed unit before April 10, 2017.

2.Your scheme must be your original work and you shall take full responsibility for whatever copyright dispute arises.

3.The soliciting unit will assemble an expert team whom will choose 10 works out of the submitted works for notification. After the notification, the team will determine the last one work and the soliciting unit will sign the adopted contract with its author.

4.The chosen 10 works shall not be returned but awarded with RMB 3000 Yuan for each work and taken part in exhibition as well.

5.Address for submitting works: The Construction Bureau of　Ordos Genghis Khan Mausoleum Tourism Zone Administrative Committee of Inner Mongolia autonomous region of P.Ｒ.Ｃ.
