首届卡兰塞贝什-罗马尼亚国际雕塑创作营（RISSC）于2010年举办。到2016年已经举办7届，其中3届采用大理石为材料，3届采用安山岩，1届采用洞石。每年邀请11位雕塑家，参与者来自世界各地的30多个国家。将于2017年举办的第八届创作营，也是第2次洞石国际雕塑创作营。感兴趣的话，快快阅读下面的规则吧。

报名截止：2017年2月28日

1、第2次洞石国际雕塑创作营由卡兰塞贝什市主办，将于2017年6月16日——7月15日在卡拉什·塞维林县举行。

2、评审团由卡兰塞贝什市任命来自罗马尼亚艺术家联合会的两名成员组成，于2017年3月10日前对参赛艺术家进行选择。被选中的艺术家将于3月20日前收到来自卡兰塞贝什市文化宫的官方邀请。

3、将有11名艺术家参加此次创作营。

4、要用的材料是来自罗马尼亚乔阿久河的洞石。
请参阅附件清单（请打http://www.eugenpetri.ro/caransebes2017/index.html#application，在第4部分的横线处点击下载），洞石已经买了。
如果选定的艺术家需要一些额外的石头，必须提前说明。

5、卡兰塞贝什市将为每位艺术家提供最大3立方米，1或2块石头，尺寸和预留数量根据艺术家的作品规格而定。主办方将提供电源、空气压缩机、2个冲击钻、1台9寸角磨机、2大2小大理石锯片给每位艺术家。艺术家可以自带工具。

6、创作营的主题是自由。

7、艺术家在创作营创作的雕塑将会摆放在卡兰塞贝什市雕塑公园。

8、住宿（酒店，标间）和三餐由卡兰塞贝什市和赞助商提供，其它费用自理。

9、所有的艺术家的差旅费用涵盖如下：从欧洲（包括俄罗斯和土耳其）来的艺术家200欧元，从其他国家和地区来罗马尼亚的艺术家500欧元。

10、每位完成作品的艺术家将获得1500欧元（罗马尼亚货币）。该金额的一半将于创作营的第二周支付，其余金额连同参展证书，将在创作营结束后发给艺术家。

11、在工作现场，卡兰塞贝什市会提供遮阳防雨设施、水、茶和咖啡。

12、工作区在户外，靠近旅馆。

13、在创作营的工作时间，艺术家有义务留在创作营工作区。

14、建议参与者把作品的视觉材料和雕塑小稿放在与卡兰塞贝什画廊与艺术家分享。

15、艺术家自己负责意外保险。

2）须让创作营委员会了解安装草图，作品所用到的额外材料的数量和类型的简短说明。

3）艺术家个人简历及照片。

4）5张您近期参加创作营的作品照片。

17、卡兰塞贝什市和创作营委员会有权对“在创作营期间，艺术作品的不完整”做出界定，发生冲突时，授权卡兰塞贝什市法院裁决。

18、被评审团选中参加创作营的艺术家须向最晚于2017年4月15日前通过电子邮件或电话向组织者Eugen Petri告知行程安排。

19、参展艺术家视为接受会议的规格和安排：六月15日-16日艺术家抵达，六月16日正式开始，六月16日到七月14日为工作时间，七月14日闭幕式，七月15-16日艺术家离开。

20、两个星期后将在选定的位置组织一次旅行，该地点位于卡拉什-塞维林县、
丘河布朗库西的不朽的艺术情结和胡内多阿拉的柯文城堡。

The Second International TravertineSculpture Symposium, organized by Caransebes Municipality, will take place inCaransebes.

Deadline: 28th of February, 2017

ARTICLE 1:
The Second International TravertineSculpture Symposium organized by Caransebes Municipality, will takeplace inCaransebes-Jud Caras-Severin between:
June the 16th and July the 15th 2017

ARTICLE 2:
A jury appointed by Carasebes Municipalitywith two guest jury members from United Artists Association of Romania willchoose the participating artists until the 10th of March 2017. The selectedartists will receive the offial invitation from caransebes Cultural House untilMarch 20th.

ARTICLE 3:
A total of 11th artists will beparticipating in the symposium.

ARTICLE 4:
The material to be used is Travertine fromGeoagiu Romania.
Please see the attach list with the Blocsof travertine already bought.
If the selected artists need some extrastone, they must specify in the projects.

ARTICLE 5:
The Carasebes Municipality will provideeach artist with a maximum of 3 cubic meters, 1-2 stone (rocks) in total, sizedand preformed according to the artist's orders as dimensional specifications.The organisers will provide power and air compressor, 2 roto percution hummers,1 angle grinder 9", 2 big and 2 small diamante discs for each artists.Artists will take their own tools.

ARTICLE 6:
The theme of the symposium is free.

ARTICLE 7:
The sculptures produced by the artists inthe symposium will be placed in The Sculpture Park of the city Caransebes.

ARTICLE 8:
The accommodation (motel,double rooms) andfood will be provided by the Municipality and sponsors. Accompaniments can comeon their own expenses.

ARTICLE 9:
Travel expenses for all artists will becovered as follows: 200 euros for each foreign artist from Europe (includedRusia & Turkey), 500 euros from other countries and local transportationsfor Romanian artists.

ARTICLE 10:
Each artist who has completed his work willbe given a total of 1500 euros (in Romanian money). The half of the totalamount will be paid in the second week of the symposium; the remaining will begiven after the symposium is completed, along with the certificate ofparticipation.

ARTICLE 11:
The Caransebes Municipality will providetents and cover roof, water, tee, coffee in the symposium site.

ARTICLE 12:
The working area will be outdoors, close tothe motel.

ARTICLE 13:
The artists are obligated to remain in thesymposium work area during the symposium working hours.

ARTICLE 14:
It's suggested the participants bringvisual material of their works to share with the artists and small sculptures,drawings for an exhibition in the Gallery Caransebes.

ARTICLE 15:
Artists are responsible for taking outtheir own accident insurances.

1.The sketches or photographs of model isproposed artwork for the symposium, showing different angles the dimensions forthe block or blocks for stone to be used,¬plus base not exceeding 4 cubic meterin total.
2. The Symposium Committee must be informedabout mounting sketch, short explanation of the quantity and type of additionalmaterial to be used in the proposed artwork.
3. Artists CV with an artist's photo.
4. 5 photographs from your recent works insymposiums.

ARTICLE 17:
Caransebes Municipality and The SymposiumCommittee have the right of taking decision in the case of "theincompletion of art works within the symposium period". In case of conflict,Caransebes Courts are authorized.

ARTICLE 18:
The artists selected by the jury toparticipate in the symposium are supposed to inform their travel schedule tothe artistic organiser, Eugen Petri, by e-mail or telephone not late then April15th 2017.

ARTICLE 19:
The participating artists are regarded asthey accepted the symposium specifications and calendar: - 15-16 of June thearrival of the artists, 16 of June – official oppening, 16 of June to 14th ofJuly working time, 14 th of July – closing ceremony, 15th-16th of July thedeparture of artists.

ARTICLE 20:
In tow of the week ends trips will beorganised in selected locations of the County of Caras Severin and C. Brancusi– monumental art complex in Tg. Jiu and Corvin Castle Hunedoara.
